1. Overview.
Invoice Simple is running a limited-time incentive program (the “Promotion”) that reimburses eligible merchants for their monthly Invoice Simple SaaS fee if they meet specific total processing volume (“TPV”) thresholds using PayPal.
2. Eligibility Criteria.
- To participate in the Promotion, merchants must be current Invoice Simple customers with an active subscription at the time of reimbursement.
- Invoice Simple reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria or adjust participant selection at its sole discretion.
3. Qualifying Transactions & Reimbursement.
- To qualify for reimbursement, merchants must process payments through PayPal and meet the required TPV criteria within a calendar month.
- Reimbursement will be equal to the merchant’s Invoice Simple monthly SaaS fee.
- Only payments settled via PayPal on Invoice Simple during the Promotion period will count toward TPV thresholds.
- Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or charged back will not qualify for reimbursement.
4. Promotion Period.
- The Promotion runs from March 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025.
- Invoice Simple reserves the right to modify or extend the Promotion period at its sole discretion.
5. Reimbursement Process.
- Eligibility for reimbursement is based on meeting the TPV threshold in a given calendar month.
- If eligible, reimbursement will be processed within the first ten (10) calendar days of the following month, though processing times may vary.
- Reimbursements will be deposited in merchant’s PayPal business account
6. Exceptions & Limitations.
- Reimbursement is contingent upon merchants maintaining an active Invoice Simple subscription and meeting all eligibility requirements.
- Also, merchants must maintain their PayPal account in good standing. If not, reimbursement may be impacted.
- Each merchant is eligible for one (1) reimbursement per calendar month during the Promotion period.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
7. Communication & Support.
- Eligible merchants will be notified via in-app banners and email.
- For any questions or concerns regarding the Promotion, merchants should contact the Invoice Simple support team.
8. General Terms & MIscellaneous.
- Participation in the Promotion is subject to the Invoice Simple user agreement.
- Invoice Simple reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice, at its sole discretion.
- Reimbursements under this Promotion are final and are subject to review and verification.
- The Promotion cannot be shared or transferred.
- Similar promotions may run at the same time; qualification for this Promotion does not constitute qualification for any other offer.
- Invoice Simple is not responsible for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected emails, reimbursements, or Promotion-related materials.
- If a participant’s email address, account information, or contact details are incorrect, deleted, or changed without prior notice, Invoice Simple is not responsible for any failure of reimbursement.
- The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- Any questions relating to the Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Invoice Simple, and its decisions will be final and binding.
By participating in the Promotion, merchants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
