Payments Dashboard

This feature will help you get a better handle on your cashflow. With the Payments Dashboard, you can see all the transactions customers have paid by credit card, debit card, and PayPal. 

Just head to the “Payments” tab to view all your paid and refunded transactions in one place.

Flexible Processing Fees

We’re making it even easier for you to cover processing fees when a customer pays with credit card, debit card or PayPal.

You can now choose if you would like to mark-up your invoice by distributing the payment processing fees across all items or add a surcharge to the total invoice amount. The fee will be automatically added on each invoice you create. 

Expense Tracker

Now, you can scan any receipt and Invoice Simple captures the key info automatically. No more paper receipts, allow us to store and organize all of your expenses.  

Then, when springtime rolls around, download all expenses directly from the app with summary reports that will simplify tax prep. 

Template Customization

Now available on the web app: the ability to customize your invoice template! With this feature, you can match the look and feel of your invoices with your business brand. Customize your invoices by selecting from a range of professionally crafted templates. 

Export More Data

Need to export your invoices into a spreadsheet? While that’s been an existing feature for a while, we recently added a new column for client phone number data. 

So, whether you need to view and edit your spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or any other program that handles .CSV files, you have even more data at your fingertips.
